5K Training Program

La Grange has 2 upcoming 5K runs Thanksgiving week.

Pilgrim Pacer

The first is the Pilgrim Pacer on Sunday, November 20.  This race benefits the Rotary club of La Grange which is involved in both local and international projects.

We decided this would be the race we'll run as a group.  Sign up, train, and wear your boot camp shirt to the race.

More information about the race can be found at http://www.lagrangerotary.org/

3.14 Pie

The inagural running of the 3.14 Pie race in La Grange will be held Thanksgiving Day 2011 at 8:30 am. This race benefits BEDS Plus which provides services to homeless men, women, and children in the Western Suburbs.
