I have loved every session of Bootcamp (even the ones that totally kicked my butt!)  I have been so excited to see the results of all our hard work.  

I would like you to know, this bootcamp has given me the jumpstart I needed to start getting healthy again. In March, I couldn't run two blocks but I have completed the Naperville Women's Triathlon in June, the Chicago Triathlon in August and a triathlon in Lake Geneva in September.  I love it.  Sally is very easy going. Before taking Adventure Boot Camp I really felt I had plateaued. My workouts had become "routine" and weren't producing the results I wanted. Now, after taking boot camp, I feel motivated again. Working with Sally is the best thing I have ever done. She is incredibly knowledgeable about health and fitness. Sally started coaching me for a 1/2 marathon for the fall of 09. Her workouts she devised for me were very balanced, her expertise had me achieve a great time and I felt great afterwards. I continue to work with her to improve my general fitness and strength.
